I recently discovered a great new blog. FANNEtastic Foods is written by a gal going to school to become a nutritionist. She shares recipes and has shared a few things she is learning about in school.
I love learning about nutrition. She recently posted about fiber and I learned a lot (and loved the post).
Right now she is giving away a case of Chobani Greek Yogurt. Locally, this brand is carried in Dillons and Target. The famed Pineapple flavor (which I have yet to try) is only carried at Target. I hear it tastes like pudding...the flavors I have tried have been pretty good too!
