The first fishing trip...

There is a first for everything...this is a common saying. This is even true for fishing. Fishing is pretty big with William's family. He grew up fishing and live near a lake where fishing is a common thing to do. William's parents even went fishing regularly until about 5 years ago.

So during our trip to Cabela's, when she insisted she wanted a fishing pole...I told her to talk to Grandma and Pawpaw! :-)

Where ARE those fish...???

At home, Rebekah will "save" worms on the driveway by returning them to the dirt.
So I wondered how she would react to putting them on hooks...surprisingly it didn't bother her.

We all had a pretty good time. For me, it was great to get outdoors and into the fresh air. And, it has been awhile since we've done anything fun on our visits. So that was nice too!
